We are very glad to inform you about the next shibir conducted by
Swaroopyog Pratisthan, the details of this shibir are already
published in the vartapatra
of July 2009. To reach all the people eager to attend the shibir, we are sending the details through this mail. Following are the details of the event.
Start date and time : 14-01-2010 at 10 AM (Thursday, Makar Sankranti)
End date and time : 16-01-2010 at 10 PM (Saturday)
Location:
Bhagavati Puram around 30 KM from Bhagyanagari
(Hyderabad) on the Shrishailam road. (This is the same premises where the Bhagyaswaroop Yuva shibir was held in 2004)
Shibir fees:
Rs. 750 for yuvas
Rs. 1000 for Jeshtha sadhaks and karyakarta
Shibir Travel:
You can do your own travel arrangements and inform
about it to SWaroopyog pune office or approach to Swaroopyog
representatives in your city to check if any group arrangemnts are beging done.
Please note that the train reservations open 90 days before. Hence the reservations can be done for shibir from 13th/14th October.
To make any big event a sucess, help and contributions are essential. You can help us in arraging this event in following ways Time contribution of arrangements and packup.
Some karyakarta are travelling to the shibir location 2 days earlier
(12th January 2009) to do initial arrangements. Some are staying back
for a day to
pack-up the arrangements done. You can join any of these groups by reaching on 12th or staying a day late. Please contact Mr. Kiran Kshirsagar

Financial contributions you can do for shibir
Anna dan : Rs. 3000 - Rs. 21000
Sahitya dan : Rs. 2000 - Rs. 21000
Shibir help : Rs. 0500 onwards
Help to a yuva to attend shibir : Rs. 1000 (including travel expenses for shibir).
If you wish contribute for any of the above, We request you to follow one of the following ways
1) Hand over you contribution by cash to Swaroopyog representatives in your city or area and get receipt.
2) You can contribute by Check/Demand Draft in favour of "Swaroopyog
Pratishthan". Please send the check/draft to Swaroopyog office, Pune
along with your
name and contribution amount mentioned on a separate paper.
3) If you wish to transfer the contribution electronically please send
a mail to swaroopyog@gmail.com. The EMT details will be sent to you in
reply.
The accommodation facility is limited to 600 persons. So, hurry up
and register as early as possible.
